Never ever buy anything from #Tata #Croma

We bought a 48L OTG last month. It was delivered with glass door broken on the side.

It took them 3 weeks and many many phone calls to finally replace it. Their customer support is absolutely pathetic. They kept on creating new tickets whenever we called instead of following up.

Their shop support number is switched off most of the time. Finally we had to visit store again to get things moving.
