After many emails asking for refund and cancellation. the Cowboy company decided to still try to deliver the bike at my house today. I didn’t open the door and they decided to steal 40 euros from me for the “delivery”, they finally issued a refund of the rest of the cost. What a joke… 🤬🤬🤬

This Cowboy e-bike company is a complete scam. I ordered Sunday, the delivery times was to end of August. I asked for cancellation yesterday and they declined my cancellation because “the order left the warehouse” no tracking code, no nothing. Now they are speeding up things to see if I change my mind. But this is just annoying me even more.
