The only pathways I see from #AI to #HumanExtinction involve humans making decisions to point AI in certain directions - & persisting in keeping it pointed in those directions through many decision gates.
IOW, the path to #extinction isn't from AI, it's from human decisions. Such as decisions fostered by #EffectiveAltruism, #TESCREAL ideologies, #corporatism, etc. Rationalizations built on self-deluded self-serving nonsense about hypothetical future beings (just warmed-over #cosmism).
