Behold, the Tamarillo and Apple Crumble from Kai by Christall Lowe, for #NZ #CookbookClub. The second photo shows a slightly unauthorised diversion from the recipe (by lobbing the tamarillo into the saucepan prior to cooking down the apples), just cause I wanted a pretty photo. End result: delicious.
