I was today’s years old when I discovered Commitizen while randomly building a Nix Flake for containers!

I used a lot of git-cliff and other scripts to make exactly that. Then I noticed that git-cliff does not support SHA256 repositories (I opened an issue on GitHub), and I just stopped using it.

I am happy to see that Commitizen has even more features. I'll use that from now on! Check it out:

There is a need for a solid set of environment/language-agnostic tools for setting up #ConventionalCommits in a project (linting, prompting, changelog generation, git hook management, etc.).

Current tools like #Commitizen and #commitlint are a total circus to set up in projects that don't have npm and node_modules. 🙄
