Hagenaar Ruben B. is dinsdagmiddag officieel vrijgesproken van de moord in 1992 op garagehouder Loek van Dam (64). De Haagse rechtbank sluit echter niet uit dat B's zoon de moordenaar is. Die zoon kan niet meer worden vervolgd omdat hij destijds minderjarig was en het misdrijf voor hem is verjaard.
