I'm watching Star Trek: Deep Space Nine 5x15: By Inferno's Light, and it's crazy how much Dukat foreshadows Trump.
He completely disregards everybody's lives for his own elevation, even going so far as letting his own daughter die, and then says, "You should see the monument they're erecting in my honor", paralleling all the gaudy nonsense Trump is doing, like putting his name on everything he can.
He sells out his own people to placate foreign powers (Russia, Israel).
And then Dukat finishes with "I did this to make Cardassia strong again." Just like "Make America Great Again".
The only thing they're missing would be Dukat making inappropriately sexual comments about Ziyal.
A very long time ago, someone asked if I'd ever painted the little boys from Star Trek Deep Spae Nine, and since I hadn't, I IMMEDIATELY NEEDED TO CORRECT THIS because I love them. So here's the Noh-Jay Consortium on a day off from their busy schedule of shenanigans.
