Instead of "MMT", perhaps we should be switching in something like “sovereign currency powers”. And while we wait for it to catch on, “sovereign currency powers (per MMT)”
to change the language we 'd need to be relentless is using the preferred terms, add the parentheses every so often and be determined.
We should probably do something similar with an alternate to “government debt”.
