Can't believe this worked, but I made Bennie look like this today, to make me feel better. It helped.
I also had a good courier shift. Easy on the amount of deliveries and sunny weather. Worth a smile on the way back home.
I feel slightly better now. Tomorrow a check up at the vet for Ben, so 🤞🏻 everything looks okay. That would also help ease my mind for a bit.

I've tried bench rest with Elton after he was hit by a car and had expensive surgery, just like Bennie. It was not a success, he was kicking like a donkey to get out. That's not rest. Not risking that kind of behaviour with Bennie's ruptured diaphragm. So he stays with us and his sister in the living room. When we leave the house he moves to our small and empty bedroom by himself. Not sure if the vet would agree, but we know our cats. This is best. 2/2
We had quite a week. A few weeks ago our little furry friend Bennie got hit by a car. After a check up at the vet he seemed relatively okay. This week his condition suddenly worsened. I took the 2nd picture because something was really off with the shape of his body. The pic doesn't do justice to how significant it was. 1/
Our cats are acting quite handsome and pretty these days. Gorgeous little monsters.

These two furry friends are my little comfortbuddies. Nala is just a big bundle of fur and the best teddybear there is. She knows how to cuddle. Bennie knows that too. He also has to play every day, with me. No matter how shitty I feel, they always put a smile on my face.
The feeling shitty part is nothing horrible, it's just me still not being fit after covid. Probably having to postpone my big 2023 cycling adventure and change it to something less big.
