@IDspecialist @fitterhappierAJ Given that #CVID is rarely diagnosed... it might not be newly acquired. My time to diagnosis was 52 years. Disjointed care for patients over time means there's no one doctor who sees if you get sick more or have more infections than you should. Firing my primary bc she doesn't believe I have it, all the tests are in my chart. Guessing many Docs don't even know how to diagnose it? Could just be working 7am-11pm means she's too tired to think too.
