Natto on brown rice, miso soup, and green tea for breakfast this sunny Friday morning in Tokyo.
I usually keep balls of rice in the freezer and microwave as needed but this morning I was all out of rice balls so cooked up some rice in the #InstantPot.
WOW! Freshly cooked rice tastes so much more vibrant! Almost like the difference between black and white and colour TV! (I guess young ‘uns will have no idea what I mean… 😪)
