AGI - "Notte incredibile!": il principe William, grande tifoso dell'Aston Villa, ha portato la sua esultanza per il trionfo in Europa League anche sui social. Dopo aver festeggiato in tribuna a Istanbul, l'erede al trono britannico è sceso negli spogliatoi e ha bevuto birra insieme ai giocatori, come ha riferito Matty Cash: "Si merita momenti come questi, in cui si spera che possa lasciarsi un po' andare", ha spiegato il difensore naturalizzato polacco.
L'invito era arrivato in un breve incontro prima della finale in cui i giocatori avevano scherzato che si sarebbe potuto unire ai loro festeggiamenti purché pagasse lui per le birre.

L'esultanza in tribuna e la passione per i Villains
Lo show del principe del Galles è iniziato con l'esultanza scomposta dopo il primo gol di Tielemans al Friburgo: ha abbracciato tutti e ha urlato a squarciagola e la scena si è ripetuta per il secondo di Buendia e il terzo gol di Rogers. Poi ha ricordato l'infortunato Boubacar Kamara che ha "contribuito a gettare le basi di questo successo" e ha chiuso il messaggio con gli acronimi UTV (viva il Villa) e VTID (Villa fino alla morte).
