That how you lose your National Sport, total Toronto greed.
Kids wont be playing hockey anymore, the Toronto mafia took over Hockey Canada, since then we keep on losing, just like the Maple Leafs. We should start boycotting #Rogers operated by Rogers Communications.

CRTC issues warning to Rogers over three new fees after ban takes effect

Dear @avilewis I believe you have a plank already about this… but time to turn up the volume.

Today Rogers have added national insult to our telecommunication oligarchy injury. They have taken away Hockey Night in Canada and Bell and Telus continue to fleece Canadians as well (look up their latest illegal fee…)

Enough is enough. The privatization and deregulation experiment has failed. Canadians are poorer, less cohesive, and less able to experience all that Canada and the world has to offer regardless of their station in life or technological ability. This started in the 80s. It must end now.

It is time to take back our national pastimes and restore the expectation that every Canadian can communicate through equal and free access to communications.

1) Nationalize all telecommunication infrastructure under the CRTC.

2) Nationalize Bell, Rogers, Telus, and Quebecor media assets into the CBC.

3) Restore ad free CBC broadcasts across all platforms.

4) Provide Fibre home Internet, TV, and Mobile connectivity to every Canadian for $10 a month within 5 years.
