AGI - Il 'test' a Bologna è stato un successo e ora la principessa Kate è pronta a "riprendere gradualmente a fare più viaggi all'estero". William ha detto al programma radiofonico mattutino 'Heart' che la Principessa del Galles era "entusiasta" della sua visita in Italia, il primo viaggio all'estero dopo la diagnosi di cancro del 2024. "Ne ha passate così tante negli ultimi due anni e non vedeva l'ora di fare il viaggio in Italia, quindi sono davvero contento che sia andata così bene", ha detto il futuro re.
La fine della malattia
Kate, 44 anni, ha annunciato di essere in remissione dal cancro nel gennaio 2025 e da allora è gradualmente tornata ai suoi impegni pubblici. "È una mamma fantastica, una moglie fantastica, e letteralmente la nostra famiglia non potrebbe farcela senza di lei", ha detto William parlando dalle Isole Scilly al largo della costa della Cornovaglia, nel sud-ovest dell'Inghilterra. Ha parlato anche della genitorialità, compreso il tragitto per accompagnare i bambini a scuola, che "può essere" caotico.

"Charlotte, Louis, se mi state ascoltando, assicuratevi di essere puntuali e di non litigare su chi ascolta cosa stamattina", ha detto William rivolgendosi ai suoi due figli più piccoli. The End of Illness
Kate, 44, announced she was in remission from cancer in January 2025 and has since gradually returned to her public engagements. “She’s a fantastic mum, a fantastic wife, and literally our family couldn’t manage without her,” said William speaking from the Isles of Scilly off the coast of Cornwall, southwest England. He also spoke about parenting, including the journey to take the children to school, which “can be” chaotic.

“Charlotte, Louis, if you’re listening, make sure you’re on time and don’t argue about what you’re listening to this morning,” said William addressing his two younger children. The heir to the throne revealed that he keeps jam sandwiches in the car for little Louis, 8: “He leaves jam fingerprints everywhere,” he commented. The older son, George, 12, is at boarding school.

The Cellphone and Passions
Recently William has given more personal interviews and last year he revealed that he and Kate have banned the use of phones to protect their children.
The Prince, who admitted he “is not at all a morning person,” said his favorite breakfast is “eggs on sourdough bread” and that he appreciates “motivational” music and “loves dance music.” He also spoke about the Europa League and the victory of Aston Villa, the football team he supports. “I was so moved, and you know, I’ve been following Aston Villa for almost my whole life. It was a really important moment for all of us fans.”
