@rms poor countries are going to emit the most co2 going forward - another reason we are locked in to co2 levels rising for the foreseeable future. poor countries can't make the change to renewables due to costs, and how can you shut them down - you really can't, it would destroy their economies, the rich countries are not helping, it is a challenge even for them to convert from fossil fuels and look at the oil companies - record profits #jennifer's diary #bores
