A defunct #goth club–Asylum–was allegedly vamp HQ. I went a few times…cool club; not my jam. I've friends who were regs & now have Sanctuary parties in a similar "vein." I know the investigator—sold him occult books.

Catastrophic melt of Minif Ridge glacier, near untamed Bac'Kroom region of Bonnetteville is, fortunately, collecting in Pla's Ticbucket Reserve; sparing downstream occupants of Stacksons-Helves from harm. The food supply was temporarily interrupted by Minif Ridge run-off, including minor spoilage, but the residents of Homef Ridge promptly assisted, diverting needed supplies to the scene.

Update: I've been very busy lately, including distractions, like defrosting a mini-fridge.

This old bookrack – frail, but still in use – is in the earliest photos from the shop. 80+ year old retailer bookshelves. I've never really stopped to appreciate them in this aspect. Through the years, we've lost a few to wear and this one's fading. There are 5 more still in use, thankfully in better condition.

I've wanted to read this guy's books since they were new. Sadly, I haven't much time to read. They're on my endless TBR. The last books I read were in Dec. '19, bus-bound due to major car work. "A Princess of Mars" & "Treasure Island" got me through. I really want to keep this 1st/1st gem, but it's not to be.

The ancestors are always near. Grandma Ruth Bonnett reminds me to straighten things up. The shop was her space. While Grandpa Harold was visiting publishers, Grandma kept the store in order, for almost 60 years.
