LOS 5 PUNTOS CIEGOS:

MARCO LEGAL Y POLÍTICA: En Canadá, la "Discrecionalidad Ministerial" permite negar permisos si no hay integración percibida. En EE. UU., los "Memos" de CBP y la "Intención Preconcebida" cancelan entradas. En México, el INM usa filtros informáticos (SICOP) para bloquear cambios de estatus sin base legal.
GEOPOLÍTICA: Las Órdenes Ejecutivas suspenden leyes en horas. La Sección 215(a) de EE. UU. presiona a otros países. Una disputa comercial puede endurecer visas TN o H-1B. El muro es burocrático y se mueve según la diplomacia.

Immigration is the continent's biggest technological battlefield. The system operates under "zero risk" for the State. The common error: believing meeting requirements guarantees success.

THE 5 BLINDSPOTS:

LEGAL FRAMEWORK: In Canada, "Ministerial Discretion" allows denying permits if integration is doubtful. In the US, CBP "Memos" and "Preconceived Intent" cancel entries. In Mexico, INM uses IT filters (SICOP) to block status changes without legal basis.
GEOPOLITICS: Executive Orders suspend laws in hours. US Section 215(a) pressures other countries. A trade dispute can harden TN or H-1B visas. The wall is bureaucratic and moves with diplomacy.
VISAS: For H-1B, the company's financial viability is reviewed. In Canada's Express Entry, the CRS score changes every two weeks. In Mexico, a typo triggers a "NUT lock" for months.
