2023 Goal: I should dig into more new SFF writing.
Something I just became aware of is the creation of the African Speculative Fiction Society (ASFS)'s Nommo Awards.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL WINNERS FOR 2022

@renay Huge fan of this project - have spent many happy hours poking at it. Just added the new #BlackSpecFic report under related work.

Camestros Felapton
Hit me with the Sci-Fi recommendations, (I have read every PKD and most LeGuins, Brunner and Strugatsky),
I have no bias and will read almost anything once. I do like the zany stuff and partial to a good space opera too. Female, Queer and non-binary authors and marginalized voices are particularly welcome.
Would love to read more work by indigenous authors especially older stuff, but open to anything.
Not crazy about military stuff, but will keep an open mind.
