È l'Iran a controllare lo Stretto di Hormuz e tutti i tentativi del presidente degli Stati Uniti, Donald Trump, di cambiare la situazione sono falliti. Ad assicurarlo è stato Ebrahim Rezaei, portavoce della commissione per la Sicurezza nazionale e la politica estera. "Il controllo iraniano sullo Stretto di Hormuz è consolidato a livello mondiale. Per questo i paesi chiedono il permesso, pagano i pedaggi e, con la guida della Marina dei Pasdaran, fanno passare le loro navi", ha scritto su X. "L'unica persona che non ci crede o non vuole crederci è Trump, che ogni tanto manda il suo esercito ad aprire lo stretto. Arrivano, prendono una batosta e tornano indietro", ha proseguito. "Invece di inutili lamentele e chiacchiere, pensate a inchinarvi al potere degli iraniani nel Golfo Persico", ha concluso Rezaei.
Nel frattempo il portavoce del ministero degli Esteri iraniano, Esmaeil Baghaei, ha condannato i "brutali" attacchi israeliani contro il Libano e ha accusato gli Stati Uniti di essere "complici" dei "crimini" commessi dall'Idf in Libano, nei Territori occupati palestinesi e in tutto il Medio Oriente. Come ricorda Al Jazeera, secondo il ministero della Salute di Beirut, almeno 3.324 persone sono state uccise e 10.027 ferite in Libano dall'inizio del conflitto il 2 marzo. Nel Paese vige formalmente un cessate il fuoco, violato quotidianamente sia dai soldati di Israele che dai miliziani di Hezbollah. Negli ultimi giorni l'Idf ha ripreso a bombardare sistematicamente il Paese, arrivando a colpire Tiro e la zona di Beirut oltre che il sud e la valle della Bekaa, e ha ampliato i combattimenti sul terreno, operando a nord della linea difensiva auto-imposta nel sud del Libano.

That’s why countries ask permission, pay tolls, and, with the guidance of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, allow their ships to pass,” he wrote on X. “The only person who doesn’t believe it or doesn’t want to believe it is Trump, who occasionally sends his army to open the strait. They arrive, take a beating, and return,” he continued. “Instead of useless complaints and chatter, think about submitting to the power of the Iranians in the Persian Gulf,” Rezaei concluded.
Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei condemned the “brutal” Israeli attacks on Lebanon and accused the United States of being “complicit” in the “crimes” committed by the IDF in Lebanon, the Occupied Palestinian Territories, and throughout the Middle East. As Al Jazeera notes, according to the Beirut Health Ministry, at least 3,324 people have been killed and 10,027 injured in Lebanon since the start of the conflict on March 2. A ceasefire formally prevails in the country, which is daily violated both by Israeli soldiers and by Hezbollah militants. In recent days, the IDF has resumed systematically bombing the country, reaching targets in Tyre and the Beirut area, as well as the south and Bekaa Valley, and has expanded ground combat operations north of the self-imposed defensive line in southern Lebanon.
