I've been working on a modification of the #YearZeroEngine from #FreeLeaguePublishing to turn it into the engine for my own #TTRPG, which I've been developing over the past couple of years.
It's hard working with only the YZE SRD.
It would be nice if FLP published an actual book for their engine, like Chaosium does with the BRP.
Sadly, because R3DSHIF7 is a story- and character-drama-heavy game that uses D6 dice pools, the #Chaosium #BasicRoleplaying engine wouldn't really fit.

This weekend was supposed to be the weekend we restart our hombrew #BasicRoleplaying campaign, after the holiday. BUT im about to be slappened with plan altering winter weather a second time. ( We rarely get more than a dusting of snow out here, so inches of snow or more shuts down everything and makes a lot impassable. )
Atleast the Call of Cthulhu campaign dodged two freak winter storms. #ttrpg #NotDnD
Very fun #CallOfCthulhu game. Started off with our investigators meeting up with a spirtualist con artist who was freaked out one her seances had worked.
Ended with them stealing an "Odic Energy Regulator" from Arkham University, after realizing all this poltergeist activity was kinda centered on it.
Now they just have to figure out what the hell to do with it. ( Turning it off, smashing it or letting it keep running are all bad ideas in very different ways...)
The scheduled #BasicRoleplaying campaign, kind of fell apart this morning, as folks were ill. (We are reconvening in January to pick up the story.)
I really felt like scheduling a #ttrpg session this close to the holiday was flying too close to the sun as is.

Le Basic Roleplaying, c’est comme une vieille boîte de mécano. Dedans, on retrouve toujours les mêmes boulons. Les pourcentages, les jets de résistance, les compétences qui montent après utilisation. Du coup, on a vite l’impression que n’importe quel univers BRP peut glisser vers un autre.
