It occurred to me that, over the 12,000 Golarion years / 24,000 Castrovel years of recorded history since the fall of Azlant and the current time contemporaneous to the Age of Lost Omens, one reason why Lashunta civilization hasn't advanced technologically beyond a Renaissance-era equivalent is that it has focused inward instead of forward. For Lashunta, the great frontier has ever been the mind itself. This species' sages and psychic adepts spend their whole lives contemplating their own selves, as well as their fellows through their mental links.

And yet, by diving deeper within their own minds, they expand outward beyond themselves. Along with achieving communal consciousness, and not only with other Lashunta but with the ageless Soul-Trees, they reach further, even to the glacial consciousness-level of the rainforests, of the animals dwelling within, even to the World-Soul itself. At this achievement, all the past memories of all Lashunta who have ever lived may open to them.

Thus this pic could illustrate a Lashunta sage communing with ~Qutheiu~ - the World-Serpent who guards the World-Soul and keeps many mysteries. Who knows? Maybe under the right enticements it is will to tell riddles that may reveal a hidden truth.
