Bad UI. I rarely turn off auto-rotate on my Android tablet. I recently hit "Auto rotate" to disable it. I had a pain turning it back on, not being able to see the button.

How was I to remember that I had to now look for a button with a different icon and the label "Portrait"? It took me half a minute to see it. #UI #AutoRotate

Phew, it's been a little ordeal but a labour of love.

Proud to present the next iteration of my #bash #script which should be more robust and less annoying in daily use. Only 'problem' is when the screen becomes locked and your keyboard is disabled (no easy way to enter your password) but rebooting should be a workaround for that.

It should be a desktop agnostic way to #autorotate your screen and mice by method of #xrandr and #xinput. Please try it and report bugs!

Hey everyone, I've asked some help about #Lubuntu about #autorotate in #KDE based distributions, like #LXQt. I did find a gsetting for #GNOME based distributions, but that doesn't help me I'm afraid.
