The road from the tram stop to work is long and straight and poorly lit, and has a motorway junction at each end.
Which means that people are coming off the motorway, and driving like absolute tossers on this long, straight, wide road, still at motorway speeds, and possibly don't realise there is a pavement for pedestrians and cyclists along 1 side.
Which possibly explains why a couple of times now, ive had cars barely miss me.
To reiterate, I am walking on a clearly marked pedestrian footpath which also doubles as a cycle path, but ive twice nearly been run over in the past couple of weeks.
So, ive invited in a couple of rechargeable LED lights that clip on to my rucksack - white on the shoulder strap at the front, flashing red on the middle of the back.
And now I'm struggling, as suddenly being this visible conflicts with my Autism wanting me to be completely invisible...
