- Worst case fork #PoWshield as used by the fmr. admin of #IncognitoMarket if you don't want to work with your hoster/upstream to block #DDoS attacks through #blackholing and having a proper #Firewall setup!
I think it's bad #TechPopulism to think that #Anubis will fix all the issues.
- It's like #KernelLevelAnticheat, #Antivirus and #DRM: A hamfisted approach that harms legitimate users more than the bad actors!
Just block all the #GAFAMs ASNs & #hosters that host #Scrapers so the industry cracks down harder on them than on #IRC, #Tor #ExitNodes, #CSAM & #BitTorrent combined!

- I guess the laws need to specify any practice and not merely "person practicing" or some other legalese semantics that #TechBros seem to exploit as of now.
Problem is they have more money than sense and propably will stall #regulation with it as hard as they can, and I'm convinced they'd rather upsell a "solution" (i.e. "AI behaviour analysis" flagging people who are able and/or willing to self-defend as "dangerous") to the problem they cause or accelerate than stop unethical shite…
- Cuz that's what the #TechBro|s do: Create a "#CottageIndustry" around #TechnicalDebt (i.e. #Windows being unfixably insecure => 3rd party "#Antivirus") and then flex that as a force rather than accept they're wrong!
