Anubis does nothing but fuck people with slower/older devices over and is an awful solution to the AI scraping problem

The Brockton Hospital, a key facility within the Signature Healthcare network, is at the center of a cyberattack claimed by the ransomware group Anubis, which after contacting SuspectFile directly has now made the operation public on its blog.

Si je comprends bien les statistiques que me renvoie Anubis (notre protection anti-bots IA) après 24 heures :

- Sur Lemmy : 10% des vérifications "vous êtes humain" réussissent,

- Sur Mastodon : seulement 3% de ces vérifications réussissent.

Cela voudrait donc dire que parmi le trafic qui se prétend être humain, en réalité plus de 90% ne le serait pas.

Ça me paraît beaucoup !

Je vais continuer à regarder et j'afficherai des indicateurs (pour info). Je pense que ce n'est pas homogène dans la semaine, il faut une période d'observation plus longue.

Bien sûr, ces chiffres ne prennent pas en compte le trafic système légitime (fédération, indexation par les moteurs de recherche,...)
