Like the Grinch, I sew/costume. I have an alternate world Elektra (from Daredevil Comics) that I keep meaning to make. I also like to make fancy dusters I can judge shows in.
I used to do embroidery, but I stopped when my eyes started giving me trouble.

I wanted a small "baby's first quilting" project, and I decided to turn some of my stash into a boardgame mat! still in progress, this will accomodate four people playing two seperate games of Royal Ur, the oldest boardgame we've ever uncovered.
(Plays something like backgammon or Sorry, but with the energy of a sprinting mud fight.)
Every time I get my hands on a couple meters of a fun fabric, I end up making a #FreeSewingSimon shirt with it. Spot the pocket on this one! I'm pretty pleased with the pattern matching.
Right now I #amsewing pants. For the toddler, who's somehow grown again. (I put an outward-facing seam on the waistband to help her tell which is the back.)
Also this dress for a commission, which is almost finished! 😊
LOL I'm faking hand sewn button holes by going over the machine sewn ones with needle and thread.
I very (very) much regret to say the velvet collar I have just sewed on my #SewingProject vest is absolutely not working. It looks severely average compared to the rest of the vest. It's got to come off.
Ah damn it. I forgot to sew in pockets. 😩
