This drug's initial phase-III trial was halted back in 2017 b/c it had no effect (except side ones). This newer, separate trial upped the dosage 9 and 30-fold. They concluded:

"While the overall group did not show significant clinical effects, results suggest [better results from] long-term, high-dose gantenerumab exposure."

Bottom line: The pursuit of aβ alone is insufficient to substantially delay #ALZ.
