Great show, can recommend. A few missteps and weirdness in characterization, and you can plainly see where much of its inspiration comes from. But overall it works.

The season 5 turn still doesn't quite sit well with me, however I can't say I'm not satisfied with the result and the series' closure. (it still reeks of the kind of thing they did with Lost, tho)

As stated earlier, my next show while working will be Alien: Earth!

I must have watched the wrong #AlienEarth, since everyone was praising the scariness and boldness but all I did see was an #Alien turned into a pet and the usual round of stupid and objectively wrong decisions from characters that have to remind you they are very smart while making these decisions :)
