The m-l theorizing and their fixation on imperialism theory has been drawing in water for decades. As pure idealists they are more intensly trying to describe a reality supporting a theory than produciing theory that describes reality.

Dialectics:
1930-1990 Capital's realization of the problems of social democracy formed due to class struggle and its transformation of the state had to produce a reaction. That is class organization, federalization of capitals from various states of the so called industrial 1st world. And also organize an offensive of a coalition on the perpetrator of class struggle (anti-communism 40-90).

1990-.. New capital outside the sphere of "west" organizes as well as they are excluded from the club of 1st world, despite of efforts (see HSBC). It is obvious on the vicious tendency for totalitarian control of earth by capital 1 to seek a defense mechanism. Capital 2 is starting to federalize in #BRICS (capital federalization should not be seen strictly as state federalization - as the BRICS member states are not historically developed as true caapitalist states, rather than states that turned to capitalism)

What we are seeing in this phase is the beggining of the collision of capital1 with capital2 before capital2 organizes well enough to defend itself adequately.

The only hope we have is reorganization of UN with exclusion of NATO block as they are the primary violators of international law and human rights (murders in international waters by Israel and US, constant use of veto and neglect of majority decision)

#Turkey is at the verge of selling out its base of Muslim hegemony or break with the west, so this has become the sensitive point of where #WW3 front lines will be. Poor #Turkey is damned if they do damned if they don't, and neither the west or the east cares if it disintegrates.

Working my way through the second volume of the Churchill biography "The Last Lion". I figured reading about how folks worked through an extraordinarily dark period in human history might make me feel better about the present moment.

Nope. Quite the opposite.

There are uncanny parallels between how countries reacted to Hitler's aggression in the 1930's and the way that countries are handling Putin now. Like... one-to-one mappings on mindset, misjudgment, and willful delusion. You could swap a handful of names and the news articles from then would be identical to now.

The two main takeaways: 1) Humanity has learned nothing, and 2) It's going to get way worse before it gets better.

Factor in T*ump.... We're all in a lot of trouble. 😐
