Dr Andrew Huberman, a neurobiologist, who coined the term the “90-Minute Rule”, suggests the best time to drink your morning coffee for optimal productivity is 90-120 minutes after waking up. This is said to help you avoid the dreaded mid-morning energy crash and cortisol spike, which will affect your sleep.

#AliceHall “Pennies from Heaven” (Capital, 1949?)

This and the equally high B side “Caravan” are her only studio recordings

WTH!?! ❤️‍🔥🪗

I found them in the archives of a Swiss #Accordion museum

I put them on YouTube in an act of #copyright liberation

I assume Hall didn’t have a copy or she would have suggested it to Michal Shapiro as she was producing the Planet 🌍 🪗 #Squeezebox collection 😔
