The US will begin delivery of arms, ammunition, and air defense systems the moment that President Biden signs the bill into law.

The former American president actually said this while bowing to the Russian leader. This is outrageous. It's dangerous. It's unacceptable.(...) My message to President Putin is simple: We're not going away. We will not bow. I will not bow.
History is watching, just as history watched three years ago on January 6."
