I hope in the new year folks will stop being surprised that people with no #CoreValues, #FirstPrinciples, or sense of #shame will somehow operate differently or experience consequences.

There's a strong emphasis on "getting that bag," yet we often overlook the importance of "maintaining your integrity" and "following your conscience."
If you don’t balance ambition with ethical values, your success will come at the cost of your first-principles.
