- Le RGPD comme l'AI Act ne prévoient rien à ce sujet ! 🤔 En effet, dans le RGPD, seule la Personne concernée peut exercer ses droits (comme le droit à l'oubli).
- Heureusement, la LIL (Loi Informatique et Libertés) prévoit quelques dispositions (art. 85), donc uniquement en France

Que deviennent nos données après nous ? Nos traces numériques ne s’éteignent pas avec nous. Sans action de notre part, de nos héritiers ou de nos ayants droit, elles perdurent, parfois sans fin, prolongeant ainsi une forme d’existence au-delà de la mort. #OSI literally maintain a list of "approved" #opensource licenses.

They are very corporate friendly. More precisely, #BigTech friendly.
In fact, they refused #SSPL when #Amazon was among their top sponsors and adopted the much more subversive #CAL when #HoloChain was among their top sponsors.

Furthermore, I partecipated to the discussions around the #OSAID some years ago and I've never met such a corrupt environment before. They used absurd tricks to please #Google and #Meta and not include "training data" among the requirements, so that they could easily break free of #AIAct.

So, they are not just gatekeepers, but basically unregistered BigTech lobbyists.

The EU AI Act transparency obligations take effect August 2026.

Most organisations are still asking how to comply.

The answer is not a compliance tool. It is an architecture decision.

PROV-O records every action. ODRL enforces every policy. SHACL validates every object. All W3C. All auditable.

Compliance is not a feature you bolt on. It is a property of how information is structured.

OK, this is evil. #Anthropic specifically coding #Claude to be nontransparent / opaque. Should we stop talking about bringing them to the EU now? Fully against the spirit, intent, and law of the #AIAct. Unless those guys are REALLY convincing that they never wanted to do this and want raw money less than to be working within functioning democracies and the rule of law. #AIEthics #devops
