Don Martianyway, browsers are currently ahead in implementing #GPC but the protections of #AB3048 will have a lot more impact (if the law doesn't get watered down and the rulemaking is well-run...we'll see how it goes)

The really good thing about this bill is that it covers "a device through which a consumer interacts with a business" and not just browsers
