Barbara has gotten over the traumatic experience she had with the Aztecs rather quickly.
They find two dead people on a space ship. Oh well, guess we should move on.
Oh wait, they are alive! But tell them to leave before it’s too late. Except it’s already too late, Tardis lock is stolen.
I wonder why nobody tries that in the future.

The dice have brought us back to the beginning, but not to ones I would necessarily have picked.
Still some interesting options.
Meddling Monk
The finale moves along quite quickly.
The mischievous monk is in many ways more like later incarnations of the Doctor. While the Doctor doesn’t change big things in history, he adjusts things a lot more in later years. There’s a bit of the monk in Troughton, Tom Baker, McCoy, and Smith.
Highly recommend this one.

Meddling Monk part 3
Local squabbles keep getting in the way of the Monk’s plans.
Apparently some scenes in the previous episodes had to be reshot. They only paid for a couple minutes of the monk chant recording, and they played too much if it.
This episode is much faster paced.
Pesky Vikings interrupt the banter between the monk and the doctor.

The problem with watching Time Meddler, is it makes me want to take a break from skipping around and watch my Season 2 boxed set.
Episode 2 is a little slow, but let’s Steven show off a bit and establishes the Viking threat. Although the implied sexual assault is a little violent for ostensibly a kids show.
