Last June, before the whole WordPress drama with WPEngine, Matt held a speech at WordCamp Europe in Turin. He said WordPress scales well, its code is poetry and ‘dynamic sites are better’. First of all, saying that WordPress scales well is weird. He literally said ‘it is incredible how much this can scale’, referring to hosting a WordPress website. It does not make sense because WordPress uses up to 100 times more resources than a static website and Matt knows that.
I’ve been on a manic-obsessive tear in porting @discographyfm to Eleventy this week. My thanks to @raymondcamden and others for their excellent blog posts on #11y development.
Smart and sharing folks like these make the more daunting features a breeze.

In the end for my personal site i just went all in on an inline style declaration and no file import. I have added a few bits since doing this and there will be a tipping point where over many pages a cached css file would be quicker - but this is about keeping css small anyway! Great articles Bob!

@DylanTheThomas Consider what the reason for posting your screen shot is. As you're thinking about adding the #description, it's important to get the focus conveyed at the very least. In general, including all the text along with conveying the focal info should be done. What you include or not include will also depend on the context you provide in your post that's not a part of the photo.
