it's been a few years since i did the "run an app on port X and use a service worker, switch to another project on X and get confused why i see the first app" thing

nice - was curious if i could convert a simple Electron app to PWA with the same support. took maybe 2 hours and that includes me in meetings as well.

electron was way overkill for the app, but it went from 150 megs or so packaged to around .4 meg (with the biggest file being one of the install icons)
