3. Communities, Cults and Gurus
- There exists a huge amount of communities and people around spirituality and its topics, and it can be an amazing thing. But let's not forget that not every person interested in spirituality has a heart of gold and is enlightened. A lot of people use spirituality for boosting their ego or finding crowds of people, just like in any niche. What's worse, even in spiritual communities, cults are notorious and can be very harmful. Watch out who You're around.

2.TikTok, Trends and Opinions
- Take every opinion with a huge pinch of salt. Spirituality is OPEN SOURCE (You get it, hehe ?) so a lot of people come up and make up their own stories and perspectives and opinions. Sometimes it can enter a territory of conspiracy theories. If someone if too radical with their viewpoint, it is necessary to stop and get grounded.
