MERCY! It’s been a weird couple of weeks and I did not get to work on this much. For about a week I was having some bummer calibration issues and then work swallowed me up. Working on this again today, I think I’m satisfied putting a pin in it for now. I didn’t really have a goal when I started this other than “ooo shiny new drawing tablet!” and wound up doing waaaay better than I thought I was capable of. Being honest, there’s still some uncanniness I can’t quite shake out. Maybe wrapping this up as a “study” is the best choice for now instead of going in circles.

Next project is going to be a housewarming gift for one of my best friends. I’m thinking Debbie Harry!
