A simple litmus test for a product org: A team does 1 week of research to validate a decision, and ends up disproving their initial set of assumptions. Did they make progress?
- In an output-based org culture, that team is seen as falling one week behind where they were before.
- In an outcome-based org culture, that same team is seen as being one week ahead of where they started.

No one client or customer can own you, or subsequently, ruin you.
I'm looking for a few #productmanagement folks interested in speaking for less than an hour about a problem they had in their practice and how they solved it. Building a #podcast concept and looking to pilot. Final result will be shared with the community regardless if I continue. Looking to build a foundation of open cases for people to benefit from. #product #prodmgt

ICYMI: I try to keep my Mastodon-meta to a minimum but I think this one’s important!
For all of the convo about good #moderation around the fediverse I hadn't really seen many examples of specific *process* docs, e.g. how to make moderation decisions on a procedural level.
So this past weekend, we put some time into such docs for jawns.club.
