I really miss having a small classical guitar because the size made it playable even while lying on my back in bed. Being able to play an instrument when you can't physically move your body much is HUGE. I think that's a major advantage of digital instruments because you can arrange the interface based solely on ergonomics and not "does this shape and size facilitate oscillation and resonance/effective sound production at this specific pitch?" #music #disability #accessibility

I might try and grow a plant again and use "make an automatic plant waterer that uses a sensor to detect soil moisture" as a project to practice programming AND compensate for my disabled ass not being able to keep plants alive. I think all the materials can be got from AliExpress < $20. I'd like to be able to make something like the minichord one day when I'm better at programming for embedded systems. Or like a solely tongue/mouth operated digital instrument. #embedded #disability #plants

‼️‼️URGENT ‼️I am back to being $60 away from groceries, due to a combination of not receiving enough help, grocery stores being closed for the holidays, and having to spend food money on laundry. Please help. A couple more weeks and bills will come up again. I NEED to catch up on this. Please. It is literally FAR cheaper for me to get actual groceries (once I have enough to make the fees worth it) than to buy a couple of meals at a time.

Non-disabled friends are already publicly asking me what the source is for our income being precisely accounted for and used to deny us further supports starting in January 2026. Can someone please help me find the source for this???? I cannot find anything other than government budget stuff!

I highly, highly recommend it. It covers how, with the assistance of the US and EU, Israel intentionally made Occupied Palestine a testing ground for weapons for the western powers.
