We have a plethora of diagnoses and disabilities within our immediate family unit. I haven't decided if it's ADHD or self care to take a minute to get on social media instead of toileting and feeding me teen who needs help... But here I am. I'm learning to trust my own self these days and to develop new rhythms of taking on responsibilities with self love instead of self judgement. It's a good morning. Good morning to you!
