Over 10k unique IPs from this prefix have attempted to log in to one little Microsoft tenant of mine in a little over a day. I know Microsoft is shitty about giving you any preauth controls but I highly suggest blocking that network with a CAP if you can, or at least configure an alert and hunt on successful first-factor authentication attempts and force password resets.
