While Ukraine has shot down half of Russia’s operational A-50 surveillance planes, Sweden is now sending two SAAB Saab 340B surveillance planes to Ukraine in an impressive aid package worth EUR 1,160,000,000:

— Two Saab 340B surveillance aircraft
— 100 of the PBV 302 armoured personnel vehicle with 20 mm cannon turret
— tanks
— artillery shells
— satellite terminals
— aid in establishing a Ukrainian defence research institute
— additional funds

If riding an ebike is "cheating" compared to other exercise, why do my ebike rides have such a profound effect on my happiness and physical well-being? Why do I have measurably better health and get dramatically more minutes of activity compared to when I was riding a non-electric bike? Why can't I find a single downside to this form of exercise other than cost?
