When referring to the Ramayana, does it make more sense to call it just epic, or an epic book, epic work of literature, epic classic. I’m likely perseverating too much on this. But how best to refer to it for those unfamiliar? #writing #india
I have a feasible holiday wish. It is for writers to stop using the word dopamine in their essays so casually. They do not understand the complexity of that word let alone how it functions and having it tossed like confetti is a shaft to the heart every time. #Parkinsons
An early day tomorrow, yet sleep does not come. Medication swallowed, yet sleep does not come. The mind bursts with ideas, races with creativity. Sleep does not come. The eyes are dry, rough and strained, the body shakes, lips tremble. Sweet sleep, come soon. #Parkinsons #ADHD
Women with Parkinson’s or female caregivers, submit your story! The Women’s Parkinson’s Project is looking for glimpses into a day in the life of women with PD. Any language is fine, but English translation must also be submitted. Link to Submit: https://rb.gy/prjfh4.

What Parkinson’s has made very clear to me is how thoughts and emotions affect the body. Yes, my wiring is different now. I’m more emotional. Or perhaps not!? Maybe the walls around subliminal thoughts and buried feelings are broken down and more easy to access? You are unable to hide, even partially, because those hidden thoughts and feelings exhibit themselves so quickly. Painful and vulnerable. But what awareness it brings! #Parkinsons #Awareness #Neurodiversity #Emotions
60 minutes and still waiting for meds to really kick in. Frustrating. Especially when I need to be somewhere in 5 minutes. Ice cream on the interim would’ve made this tolerable. #parkinsons
Here in case the blue bird goes belly up and I lose my #parkinsons community. But might stay regardless and enjoy discovering. That seems far more promising and fun.
