If you're choosing a Mastodon server to join or move to, it's really important that it is safe and reliable.

As far as I know, the only server lists which have safety and reliability requirements are https://fedi.garden and https://joinmastodon.org/servers (please let me know if there are others!). These lists are manually curated by humans.

Automated non-curated server lists are much longer but do not have any safety or reliability rules, so they aren't a good way of finding a server.

My favorite thing about these bogus DMCA takedown requesters is they don't realize Web3 is Going Just Great posts are dated based on the event. In order to backdate this post to look like they published before I did, they supposedly announce this guy's arrest two days before it happened.
