Utter insanity in #Ottawa as the city loses access to its #Otrain again. Years of mismanagement of #transit in the city has seen taxpayer money wasted by the bucketload and there is no end in sight to the dysfunction.

Ottawa transit is an embarrassment; a complete re-think is urgently required.
