They are pretty fussy about security (I guess rightly so) but they do allow pictures.

#Arachtober 9: a very cool orbweaver, _Gea heptagon_! Named because of its seven-pointed abdomen. So far I have only found them low among the grass in a particular marshy meadow. The juveniles have similar circular web decorations as young _Argiope_.

Prof. Sam LawlerIt's becoming increasingly clear to me that Reflect Orbital's fucking stupid giant mirror satellite, with absolutely NOTHING useful to offer, which will cause countless safety issues, ecological disasters, and destroy the night sky, is going to launch.
A bunch of astronomers and I have sent out a fact sheet about them to a bunch of journalists, but very few are going to write about this. So, let me try posting it all here.
Here's what I know about Reflect Orbital and all the downsides:
ElizaHow can she care so little? Be so free? She is the antithesis to Celdervinns entire life. That envy quickly grows into hate. After all, she wouldn't ever understand the weight on Cels shoulders. Her attitude is nothing short of an insult to everything Cel has been working towards her entire life.
And yet, somehow she can't help but enjoy her wild energy, her unpredictability, her cheeky humor,... Which she, of course, would never admit. But eventually, her stoic facade reveals a tiny smile.
