Isle Royale National Park in Lake Superior is made up of hundreds of islands. The main island is relatively underdeveloped with only 2 areas (Rock Harbor and Windigo) that have been built for visitors. On this remote island (accessible by long ferry ride or short seaplane ride), you can find moose and wolves; although the wolves are notoriously hard to spot.
