I recently visited Finland for my big 4-0 birthday and was blown away by the beauty of this country.

It truly is its own kind of heaven. I’m grateful to have seen it.

A great place to stop and take a breath. Sometimes when a lot of bad and crazy news becomes a bit too much we need to take a step back, stop and recenter ourselves.

Just saying, breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. Don’t even get me started on a good coffee. ☕️ 🤤
